Course Fee Policy
All course fees paid for online or offline training programs are non-refundable.
We maintain strict quality standards in our coaching, course content, and practical training approach. Therefore, once a student enrolls in a course, refunds will not be processed under any circumstances.
However, if you are not satisfied with any aspect of the training, we encourage you to contact us. We value student feedback and will review your concerns to improve our services wherever possible.

Repeat Batch Policy
Students are allowed to repeat the next immediate batch of the same course without additional charges.
Please note the following conditions:
- If a student wishes to repeat the course within one year from the date of enrollment, no additional fee will be charged (subject to seat availability).
- If a student requests to repeat the course after one year from the enrollment date, additional fees may apply.
- If a student has any pending dues at the time of repeat request, the outstanding amount must be cleared.
- If a student requests to repeat the course after 6 months and has unpaid fees, full course charges may be applicable as per institute policy.
Policy Amendments
Aalok Institute reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Refund and Repeat Batch Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be applicable as per institute guidelines.
